Terms and conditions for using ueb.al.

These terms govern your use of the ueb.al website at https://ueb.al.

By accessing this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the website.

In these terms, our privacy policy, disclaimer and agreements, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to the person using the website. “Company”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to ueb.al. “Party” and “Parties” refer to the client and ueb.al.

These terms cover the offer, acceptance and payment for services provided to meet the client’s needs under applicable Albanian law. Singular and plural forms, capitalization and different pronouns do not change the meaning of these terms.

The website’s own scripts do not set cookies. They use browser storage for saved inquiries and preferences. External services may use their own storage when you open them. See our privacy policy for details.

Unless otherwise stated, ueb.al and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ueb.al. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access these materials for personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

You must not:

  • Republish material from ueb.al
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from ueb.al
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from ueb.al
  • Redistribute content from ueb.al

This agreement took effect on 18 December 2022.

Hyperlinking to our content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:

  • Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses; and

These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

If your organization belongs to one of the groups requiring approval and you want to link to our website, you must inform us by sending an email to info@ueb.al. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Allow 2-3 days for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By using the destination URL; or
  • By using a description of our website that fits the context and format of the linking page.

No use of ueb.al’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking without a trademark license agreement.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

Content liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise on your website. No link should appear on a website containing libelous, obscene or criminal material, infringing third-party rights or encouraging such infringement.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time.
